Adam Novell, trading as GeoMunch (“we,” “us,” “our”), a sole trader based in Jersey, operates geomunch.com and sells digital products including “The AI Search Playbook” (the “Site”). This Policy explains what data we collect, why, and how it’s handled.

3. Third-Party Processors

We use third-party services to operate the business. These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy/security terms:

• Payment processing: Paddle — acts as Merchant of Record for this Site, meaning Paddle is the seller of record for tax purposes and handles VAT/sales tax collection and remittance across jurisdictions. Paddle processes your payment details directly; we do not see or store full card numbers.
• Email delivery: our email provider — if you opt into updates.
• Analytics: Google Analytics (GA4) — Google LLC processes this data under its own privacy policy, available at policies.google.com/privacy.
• File delivery / hosting: Paddle, as part of order fulfillment

4. Data Retention

We retain purchase records for as long as necessary for accounting, tax, and legal-compliance purposes (typically 6 years, per Jersey recordkeeping requirements). Email list data is retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
