Terms of Sale & License Agreement

GeoMunch — “The AI Search Playbook” Last updated: August 10, 2026

These Terms govern your purchase and use of “The AI Search Playbook” and its accompanying materials (the “Product”), sold by Adam Novell, trading as GeoMunch (“we,” “us,” “our”), a sole trader based in Jersey. By completing checkout, you (“Buyer,” “you”) agree to these Terms.

1. What You’re Buying

The Product is sold as a single bundled package, priced at $297, consisting of: - Main guide (PDF) - Implementation Guide (PDF) - Three companion spreadsheets (.xlsx) - One bash alert script (.sh)

There is no tiered pricing — all buyers receive the full bundle above at the same price. The Product is licensed, not sold, in the sense that you receive a personal-use right to the content — see Section 2. Ownership of the underlying intellectual property remains with GeoMunch.

2. License Grant & Restrictions

Upon payment, GeoMunch grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to: - Use the Product for your own business or personal purposes. - Adapt the included scripts and templates for your own internal use.

You may not: - Resell, redistribute, republish, or share the Product (in whole or part) with third parties. - Use the Product to create a competing derivative product for resale. - Remove or obscure any branding, attribution, or credit embedded in the materials.

Violation of this section terminates your license immediately without refund.

3. “AS-IS” Software Disclaimer

The .sh script, spreadsheet formulas, and any other executable or semi-executable code included in the Product (the “Software”) are provided strictly “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement;
• Any warranty that the Software will be error-free, secure, uninterrupted, or compatible with your specific server, environment, or configuration;
• Any warranty regarding uptime, performance, or the accuracy of automated alerts or outputs generated by the Software.

You are solely responsible for reviewing, testing, and safely deploying any script before running it in any environment, including but not limited to production servers, client systems, or systems handling sensitive data. GeoMunch is not responsible for misconfiguration, data loss, downtime, security incidents, or unintended consequences arising from your use, modification, or deployment of the Software.

4. No Guarantee of Results

The Product provides strategic guidance, frameworks, and templates related to Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO). GeoMunch makes no guarantee of:

• Increased search visibility, referral traffic, rankings, or inclusion in AI-generated answers;
• Any specific business, marketing, or revenue outcome resulting from implementing the strategies described;
• Continued accuracy of the content as AI search platforms, algorithms, and ranking factors change over time.

Search and AI-answer ecosystems are outside GeoMunch’s control and change frequently. Results depend on factors specific to your business, website, and execution.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

1. GeoMunch, its owners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of traffic or search rankings, business interruption, or damages arising from server misconfiguration, arising out of or related to your purchase or use of the Product — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

2. In no event shall GeoMunch’s total aggregate liability arising from or related to the Product, under any theory of liability (contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise), exceed the amount actually paid by you for the Product (i.e., $297).

3. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action and survives termination of these Terms.

4. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (for example, liability for fraud or gross negligence, where such exclusion is not permitted).

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GeoMunch from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Product, violation of these Terms, or violation of any third-party right.

7. Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Due to the non-returnable, non-revocable nature of downloadable digital assets and source code — which cannot be “returned” once accessed or downloaded — GeoMunch does not offer refunds once the Product has been delivered/accessed, except:

• Where required by applicable law (see note below), or
• In cases of duplicate/erroneous charges, at GeoMunch’s discretion.

8. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Jersey, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

9. Miscellaneous

• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and GeoMunch regarding the Product and supersede prior agreements.
• No Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision.
• Changes: GeoMunch may update these Terms; the version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that transaction.
